Has anyone heard of a Pickle Back? It’s chasing a shot, particularly of Jameson, with pickle juice, as described by Liquor Snob. Those who’ve tried it say, “Jameson’s smooth taste complements the bitterness of the pickle juice nicely.” We’re intrigued. As is the Princess of Poughkeepsie, Snooki.

Oh yes! My favorite bar in Brooklyn serves these. They also come with a free can of PBR, I guess to really make hipsters happy. I really do love them, pickle juice is an awesome chaser!
