Challenge: Create a delicious cocktail with two out of three mystery ingredients courtesy of Hiram Walker.
Ingredients: Triple Sec
J.P. Wiser’s Vanilla Whisky
Mama Walker’s Maple Bacon
Challenge accepted. When Hiram Walker sent us the three bottles and asked us to create a delicious cocktail as part of the their #HWWhiskeyMystery series, we willfully accepted. We are the cocktail experts after all.
According to the rules, we only needed to use two of the three bottles we received so we went with the J.P. Wiser’s and Mama Walker’s. We’ll save the Triple Sec for a few margaritas this summer.
Our original cocktail creation is definitely one for those with a sweet tooth. We like to call it the a Cherry Pig. You’ll need:
- 1 oz. J.P. Wiser’s Vanilla Whisky
- .5 oz. Mama Walker’s Maple Bacon
- Coke
- Splash of grenadine
- Cherry for garnish
Mix the whisky, liqueur and grenadine together. Top off with Coke and a cherry. Sip and enjoy.
