Came across an article from the Riverfront Times entitled, Mojitos on Tap? As we continued reading, we came to learn of draft cocktails. Initially, we envisioned a self-service bar, pouring our own pre-mixed cocktails as you would a big gulp slurpee at 7-Eleven. We quickly came to realize that this wasn’t the intent and our excitement soon turned to confusion.

 

Seems as though the trend of late has been fresh ingredients but “ready to serve” drinks are slowly but surely making an entrance. If the draft cocktail makes its way to America, will you be ordering or passing?
