The Spirit made their trend predictions:
– More pre mixed energy drinks
– More pre mixed cocktails that riff on nostalgia-based drinks (Yoohoo with alcohol, etc.)
– “Healthy” cocktails sweetened with agave syrup, cane sugar and stevia
– Herbal infusions
– Better bitters
– Growth of latin-inspired cocktails
Hope they’re right.

Craft bitters were pretty big in 2010. I can easily see that trend catching on even more through 2011.
