Many predicted Bitters as a hot item in 2011 and sure enough, Bitters have been the talk of the town.

Particularly sparking our interest was Wayne Collins and Naren Young’s Garden & Tonic creation featured in Camper English’s Fine Cooking post on the celery bitters trend.

 

Garden & Tonic

 

1.5 fl.oz. Gin
2-3 dashes The Bitter Truth Celery Bitters
2-3 dashes Elderflower Liqueur or Maraschino Liqueur
4-5 Mint Leaves
1 Slice of Cucumber
1 Lime Wedge
Tonic Water

 

Put all ingredients in a highball glass on ice and fill up with tonic water.

 

Not only are we looking forward to Celery Bitters in our Garden & Tonic, but also our Sunday morning Bloody Mary’s.
