Now that the days are longer and the weather is warmer (finally), there’s nothing we enjoy more than a nice spot in the sun with a glass/bottle of Moscato in hand. For National Moscato Day, we want to raise a glass to a few refreshing and elegant cocktails that’ll certainly make your Saturday a boozy one.

Sparkling White Peach Sangria (serves 4)

  • 2 – 3 white peaches (sliced)
  • ¾ cup peach or apricot brandy
  • 1 bottle Moscato
  • 1 liter chilled peach seltzer water

Place most of the sliced peaches on the bottom of a large pitcher, saving a few for garnishes. Add brandy and muddle. Pour in the Moscato and seltzer water. Stir and serve in ice-filled glasses.

Strawberry & Lime Moscato Mimosa (serves 4)

  • ½ pound fresh strawberries
  • 6 oz. frozen limeade (thawed)
  • 1 75ml bottle Moscato
  • ¼ cup St. Germain
  • 1/8 cup Grand Marnier
  • fresh lime slices (optional)

In a blender, pulse together limeade and fresh strawberries then add the mixture to a large pitcher. Pour in the bottle of Moscato slowly then add the St. Germain and Grand Marnier. Stir gently and serve. Top off glasses with more Moscato (obviously) and garnish each with a lime slice.

Summer Berry Sangria (1 pitcher)

  • 1 (750ml) bottle red Moscato
  • ½ cup framboise
  • ½ cup blueberry vodka
  • 3 cups mixed summer berries
  • 2 cups club soda

Add the berries to the bottom of the pitcher followed by the framboise, Moscato, and vodka. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator until chilled. Top with club soda and serve.
