We’re still recovering from National Tequila Day, but that won’t stop us from taking full advantage of today’s festivities: National Scotch Day. The Scottish have been serving up the spirit since the 15th century so it’s only right we give it the respect it deserves. Scotch is an acquired taste but today everyone should be celebrating. Pour yourself a dram of the good stuff or make a Rob Roy. Whatever you do today, drink scotch.
