We can thank a little company called Birchbox for designing the “subscribe and delight” idea. Crafted Taste has taken their model and made it even better with the addition of booze. Founder Kat Rudberg was traveling the U.S. and Europe for a year (tough break) when she was inspired to create these DIY cocktail boxes.
Before you rush to sign up, let’s talk about what you’re actually getting. A Premium kit will get you the works: recipes, mixers, booze and more for $200/month. A Monthly subscription ($130) will get you all of the same things with a less expensive bottle of booze. For those of you who don’t want to break the bank, you can go for the straight Mixers subscriptions that includes recipes, mixers and ingredients sans alcohol for $65 a month.
