landscape-1463082381-delish-sangria-pina-coladaWant to travel to Spain and to a tropical Caribbean island at the exact same time, without ever having to leave your house? It’s easier than you think – just sip on a glass of Piña Colada Sangria. It’s a glass of sangria and a Piña Colada, all in one delicious glass. Not only does it taste like an exotic destination in a cup, it can also be made by the pitcher, which means it’s really easy to whip up while you’re entertaining. Since sangria is technically just wine mixed with any type of fruit, why not mix in some fresh pineapple puree, coconut rum and plenty of cherries to get the best of both worlds? Trust us, this is about to become your new all-time favorite summer cocktail.

Piña Colada Sangria:
• One 750-ml. white wine, such as Sauvignon Blanc
• Two cups of pineapple juice
• One cup of seltzer
• One cup chopped pineapple
• Half cup coconut rum
• A fourth of a cup maraschino cherries

In a pitcher combine white wine, pineapple juice, seltzer, pineapple, coconut rum and maraschino cherries. Refrigerate until chilled. Garnish with pineapple and serve.
