CocktailIn case you’ve been living under a rock, the 2016 Rio Olympics have officially begun as of last Friday. The games run from August 5th to the 21st, so that gives us plenty of time to sit back, relax, and drink while watching the greatest competition known to man. And while you may not be as in-shape and athletic as those competing, just think about all the alcohol and intoxicating fun they have had to give up while training. So, who’s the real winner here? Go ahead, pass that torch (martini glass) and take the gold in drinking. Let the games begin!

Opening Ceremony Cocktail:

  • 2 oz. TY KU coconut Nigori
  • 1 oz. Kahlua
  • 1 ½ oz. cream
  • 1 oz. Bacardi 151
  • Cinnamon (optional)

Pour TY KU coconut Nigori and Kahlua into an ice filled shaker, and then shake and strain into a martini glass. Pour cream to float on top. Light Bacardi 151 with a match. As the flame burns, sprinkle cinnamon over top. Put out the flame, stir and serve.
