Since Thanksgivukkah last week, we’ve been celebrating all things Hanukkah and drinking all the kosher wine we can get. Since the last night of the eight-day celebration is this Thursday, we’ll be mixing up a Manischewitz Martini and spinning our dreidels. Here’s what you’ll need for your Hanukkah cocktail:
- 1 part raspberry vodka
- ½ part Triple Sec
- ½ part Pear Schnapps
- 2 parts Manischewitz
- 1 part lemon juice
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Serve in a chilled glass. Garnish with a lemon and enjoy.
