52eac9edbc0d6$!300xAh, Valentine’s Day. From the oldest couple to a young third grade classroom crush, this one, mushy yet magical holiday is commemorated around the world all for the sake of celebrating love. What a wonderful thought, huh? Well we know what you’re probably thinking; not everyone has a romantic significant other to ring in the occasion with. Regardless of whether or not you’re dating, married or just friends, we recommend finding someone you care about to celebrate with – what’s the point of celebrating love if it’s not being appreciated in all forms? Now get to the liquor cabinet and begin boozing:

Cherub’s Cup Cocktail: (serves 2)

• 1 part St. Germain elderflower liqueur
• 2 parts vodka or Gin
• 3/4 part fresh lemon juice
• 1 part muddled strawberry
• Rosé Sparkling Wine

Muddle chopped strawberries in an ice filled cocktail shaker. Add all ingredients except the Rosé Sparkling Wine and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into cocktail glasses filled with ice and top with a splash of rosé. Garnish with a strawberry or heart candy.
