There can be a few cups of vanilla ice cream blended in, but that ounce of kale seems to even it out, right? Smoothies are so refreshing, fruity, and colorful, but there is one extra ingredient that would make them even better: alcohol, of course!

These smoothies are perfect for any time of day, but they are especially helpful after a long night out. When you wake up feeling like the world is ending, instead of ordering the greasiest foods you can think of, whip up one of our boozie smoothies. It will be much more effective at attacking that hangover, and your body will thank you for not completely obliterating your weekly workouts in just one bite. Even when your head is pounding, your face has not quite yet formed, and you might die from the thought of alcohol, these smoothie recipes will peel you out of bed and leave you feeling great.

But remember, these smoothies are not only limited to hungover occasions; these are meant for any hour of the day. You can even blend one of our recipes for your morning smoothie; no one will suspect a thing! If you did end up having a wild night, make sure to pick your poison based on the alcohol you had the night before; we don’t want to add another liquor to the mix!
