Now that it’s officially spring (regardless of what the forecast tells us), we’re ready to upgrade our cocktail menus. We’re more than happy to leave our Hot Toddys behind until next winter and embrace all that warm weather beverages have to offer.
One of our favorite (and most underrated) spirits to drink during the spring and summer seasons is Pimm’s. The British staple makes a great cocktail, one we’re ready to start drinking. Here’s what you’ll need to make yourself a Pimm’s Cup this spring:
- 2 oz. Pimm’s No. 1
- Fresh lemon juice
- Ginger ale
- Cucumber (to garnish)
Pour Pimm’s and lemon juice into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a cucumber slice.
