Alsace Riesling isn’t your ordinary sweet Riesling. The winemaker from Alsace ferments every bit of the sugar in the grapes, making Alsace wines totally dry. Alsace wines also have 11 to 12 percent alcohol, more than other Rieslings you’d find on the market. It’s great to have with sushi or sashimi and we think maybe a wine cocktail, too.
