Actor Robin Williams has put his Napa estate on the market for $35 million, reports Wine Spectator. The 653-acre estate, Villa Sorriso, is nestled into the Mayacamas Mountains and includes 24 acres of vineyards and a 20,000-square-foot Italianate villa with temperature-controlled cellars, among other amenities.

Pourzz.com, the newest social networking site created specifically for the beverage community, is launching in beta form. The site, created by beverage professionals for beverage professionals, is designed for bartenders to connect with peers in the same geographical areas, and also serves as a much needed communication tool. It’s a shared space for brands to interact with their greatest brand influencers in an organic, more integrated way. “Whether you work in the biz, rep the brands we swill or are just one who loves libations and the lifestyle then Pourzz is the place for you,” reads the website copy.

Adult Beverage Co. introduces Adult Strawberry Milk in the U.S. market. A vodka-based ready-to-drink cocktail, the 40-proof offering is infused with strawberry and cream flavors and priced at $17.99 a 750-ml. Adult Strawberry Milk joins Adult Chocolate Milk and Adult Limeade.

Bacardi has unveiled plans for a new Bombay Sapphire gin distillery and visitor center in the U.K. Set to open in fall 2013, the multi-million-pound project will be located on a five-acre lot in Laverstoke Mill, Hampshire, which is currently home to a historic money-printing facility and an abandoned mill. In addition to renovating and repurposing the existing facilities, Bacardi will add a new structure to the site, the focus of which will be a greenhouse containing Bombay Sapphire’s 10 botanicals.
