So to avoid temptation and wondering what to do with your hands, we’ve come up with a few mocktail recipes to keep your glass full and your conscience clear. If you’ve got kids running around, don’t be afraid to share.

Frost Bite

1 oz lime juice

1 oz pineapple juice

2 oz white grape juice

Fresh mint leaves

Fresh blueberries

3 oz Sprite

Mix em up, drink it straight up. The drinkers will be jealous.


Ginger Lime

¼ cup lime juice

1 tsp ginger

12 drops sugar

18 oz sparking water

Bubbly flavor without the hangover.


Grapefruit Mojito

¼ of a pink grapefruit cut up

2 tbs honey

12 fresh mint leaves torn up

½ cup pink grapefruit soda or flavored sparkling water

Muddle the fruit and mint and enjoy over ice.
