Cider Dark & Stormy paired with Chili: (1 serving)
- Lime wedge
- 4 oz. ginger beer
- 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
- 2 oz. dark rum
- 2 oz. apple cider
Combine lime juice, rum, and cider in a glass of ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with the lime wedge.
Bloody Mary paired with Beef Stew: (4 servings)
- 3 cups tomato juice
- 3/4 cup vodka
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons prepared Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 4 pepperoncini peppers and brine
- 4 stalks celery
- black pepper
Combine tomato juice, vodka, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire, hot sauce, celery salt, and pepperoncini brine in a large pitcher. Serve over ice, celery stalks, and pepperoncini. Sprinkle black pepper to taste.
