We love to drink. Drinking in America wouldn’t exist if we didn’t. But more often than not we find ourselves wanting to enjoy a good drink without the repercussion of having to drag ourselves to bed at the end of the night. Plus we needed some drinks to share with coworkers, in-laws, any other people we’d rather not get intoxicated off one drink in front of. So in hopes of future drinking without any regrets, here are some of our favorite low-key, low-alcohol content cocktails. Drink up.

Tall Coconut Cocktail
As it begins to feel a lot more like spring, it’s time to bring back some of our favorite spring flavors. This cocktail is made with just two tablespoons of vodka, and finished off with delicious coconut water, agave and blueberries. Delicious and low risk!

First Wind
Just read the ingredients in this drink and try to resist from being absolutely obsessed. Fonseca Sirocco, fresh cucumber juice, agave nectar, tonic water and cilantro leaves. We’re already feeling refreshed.

American Light
A fancy, yet unique, cocktail. All you need is Punt e Mes, Aperol, club soda and an orange twist. Done and done.

South Side
It’s like a mojito meets a gin and tonic. Dry gin, fresh mint leaves, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and club soda make up this light and bubbly cocktail. Garnish with a lemon peel for extra extra-ness.

Rose Spritzer
Honestly, anything referred to as a spritzer is going to be good in our book. Lemon slices, a few dashes of Peychaud’s bitters, St-Germain and sparkling rosé create the perfect pink cocktail. If you weren’t a fan of rosé before, you are now.
