Peanut Butter and Chocolate Martini
Can you think of a better dessert cocktail? We thought not. Here’s what you’ll need for this masterpiece.
1 shot Vanilla vodka
1 shot Peanut butter syrup (recipe below)
1 shot Cream or half & half
2/3 shot Chocolate liqueur
1/3 shot Creme de cacao
Chocolate syrup for garnish
Peanut butter syrup
1/4 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup water
1/4 Cup smooth peanut butter
Pinch of sea salt
Combine the sugar and water in a pot over medium heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. Stir in the peanut butter and top it off with a pinch of salt.
Combine the vanilla vodka, peanut butter syrup, cream, chocolate liqueur and creme de cacao in a shaker with ice. Shake to your heart’s content, and pour into a chocolate rimmed martini glass.
