For the second time in less than 24 hours we’ve heard someone mention adding raspberry jam to their cocktail.

 

Last night, our drinking friend Laura (@hiddenkitchen) improvised with ingredients she had around the house, making a vodka, soda water & raspberry jam cocktail.

 

Today, Liquor.com posted the ‘House-made Clover Club’: 1.5 oz Gin, .5 oz Dry vermouth, .75 oz lemon juice, teaspoon raspberry jam.

 

We have a feeling this trend is here to stay. Jam cocktail, anyone?
