The World Cup is here. If you live in the U.S. that means one of several things…

1) You love soccer (and probably call it “football” like the rest of the world). Unlikely.

2) You adopt a temporary interest because it seems like the global-sportsmanly thing to do.

3) You have no idea what I’m talking about.

I, like many others, fall into the second category. I’ll watch a game here and there, root for the home team, etc. But for me, there is only one “football.” And right now, it’s the off-season.

What I’m not is someone that claims to be a HUGE yearlong soccer fan once the World Cup rolls around. I call garbage on those people. You’re a band-wagoner just like the rest of us. You’ll forget all about your precious “football” once the event is over.

So, to make the World Cup a little more interesting, I found this drinking game.

Play it because you love “football” or play it because you don’t care. But check it out. It’s a good time.

Go USA.

Cheers.
