January is halfway over and if you’re like 92% of us, you’ve already slipped up on going to the gym, passing on that second cookie, or only drinking light beer. Lucky for us, today is Ditch Your New Year’s Resolution Day. Studies have shown that only 8% of the people who make resolutions keep them and most resolutions end by the 17th. Instead of feeling like the year is ruined, take today to indulge and remember that New Year’s resolutions aren’t everything and you don’t have to wait for a new year to try new things and make new habits.

If you’re looking for different ways to let loose and break a few rules, try hitting up a bar with a dance floor to break a sweat while having some fun, add some green vegetables to your late night pizza, whip up a cocktail that wont send you into calorie shock—try some of our favorites here—or branch out by trying a new watering hole.
