Pumpkin season started early this year, but we aren’t complaining. Nothing warms us up to the idea of cold fall nights like tossing a few back. With recipes like this, we can enjoy some of our favorite seasonal brews without the seasonal temperatures.
Ingredients (Makes 2 Servings)
– 2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
– 2 Scoops Chocolate Ice Cream
– 1 12 oz. Bottle Pumpkin Beer
In each drinking glass, place 1 scoop of vanilla and 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream. Then pour pumpkin beer on top.
I like to dip the rim in honey and coat it with crushed graham crackers so I don’t feel bad about spoiling my appetite.
