Plus, they’re the perfect combination of caffeine and booze, so you’ll be sure to make it through the night without a single yawn:

Dublin Iced Coffee: (1 serving)

  • 2 oz. strong cold-brew coffee
  • 2 oz. stout
  • 1 ½ oz. Irish whiskey
  • ¾ oz. simple syrup
  • ½ oz. heavy cream
  • freshly grated cinnamon stick

Mix coffee, stout, whiskey and simple syrup in an ice-filled glass. Gently pour in cream; sprinkle with cinnamon.

Baileys Iced Coffee Cocktail: (1 serving)

  • 2 oz. dark coffee
  • 1 ½ oz. Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 oz. spiced rum
  • ¾ oz. heavy cream
  • ¼ oz. simple syrup

In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients and shake well. Strain into a glass and fill with ice.

Drunken Pumpkin Spice Latte: (2 servings)

  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup RumChata
  • 2 Tbsp. Pumpkin pie vodka
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • whipped cream

Add sugar and cinnamon to hot coffee and stir until thoroughly dissolved. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Serve warm and top with whipped cream and ground cinnamon.
