Who doesn’t tend to go for a drink, or dessert when looking to unwind after a long day’s work? We say, why choose? After all, it is National Chocolate Ice Cream Day, and this boozy chocolate cocktail is sure to leave both drinkers and chocolate lovers satisfied. Don’t forget to add the whipped cream.
Death by Chocolate Cocktail: (serves 1)
- 2 scoops chocolate ice cream
- 1 oz. chocolate syrup
- 1 oz. coffee liqueur
- 1 oz. dark creme de cacao liqueur
- 1 oz. vodka
- whipped cream
- Maraschino cherry
- 1 cup crushed ice
Pour all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a stemmed glass and top with whipped cream. Garnish with the maraschino cherry and dig in.
