The anticipation has been eating away at us for months and finally, its here. Its Shark Week. This may just be the only week of summer it’s acceptable to stare at your TV screen for hours on end feeding your curiosity of these beastly ocean creatures. So do indulge, and we won’t judge if the binge exceeds normal. Episode after episode, the sharks draw you in and you just cant look away– we get it. So if you’re going to be sitting on the couch for hours anyway, why not make your time spent even better with a Shark Week festive cocktail? A boozy shark week is the best kind of shark week.

Fishbowl Punch
Ingredients:
10 ounces vodka
10 ounces coconut rum
6 ounces Blue Curacao liqueur
12 ounces sweet-and-sour mix
20 ounces pineapple juice
32 ounces lemon-lime soda
Blue food coloring
3 fish bowls (4-5 cups volume)
1 box Nerds candy
12-16 Swedish Fish candies and/or Gummy Blue Sharks
Lemon, lime, orange (as desired)

Directions:
Mix liquors, juice, soda, and sweet-and-sour mix into a large pitcher or container. Set aside or refrigerate until ready to serve. Divide Nerds candy between fishbowls and fill the bottom of each bowl. Add ice and arrange the Swedish Fish and Gummy Sharks as desired. Pour punch mixture into the fishbowls equally and top with fruit slices. Add lemon-lime soda to bubble. Add grenadine for a “shark bite” effect.
