Well, we have just the reason to whip up a chocolate brownie martini for yourself tonight: it’s National Brownie Day. This day exists to honor the gooey squares of chocolate that the heavenly gods of dessert have bestowed upon us. So, once you’ve done that, take round two in liquid form with this delectable cocktail recipe.
You’ll need:
- 1 oz (28 g) vanilla vodka or vodka
- 1 oz (28 g) brown crème de cacao
- 1/2 oz (14 g) Frangelico
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) whipping cream
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) shaved dark chocolate
Fill cocktail shaker with ice, vodka, creme de cacao, Frangelico and cream; shake to blend and chill. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with chocolate.
