The tequila world continues to heat up. Carlos Murphy Original Cinnamon Spiced Tequila hit shelves last week.
The 70-proof tequila is made with 100% agave Reposado and infused with natural cinnamon flavors. The tequila is the first product to be released under the Carlos Murphy name and will be available in California before rolling out across the country.
Carlos Murphy has some stiff competition from Peligroso Cinnamon, which debuted in March. But at $19.99 a bottle ($10 less than Peligroso), it will be interesting to see which cinnamon tequila reigns supreme.
