In the wake of the Boston Marathon tragedy, Trillium Brewing Company, the Publick House and Todd Alstrom (co-founder of BeerAdvocate) have teamed up to create a memorial beer. The goal of the locally brewed collaboration is to raise money for The One Fund Boston, which provides assistance to the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings.
OneBoston, an American IPA at 7.5% ABV, started brewing in late May and will debut at the Publick House in Brookline, MA tomorrow. For every OneBoston beer sold at the Publick House, $1 will be donated to The One Fund. Following the event, you can grab a 32 oz or 64 oz growler at Trillium Brewing Company as long as supplies last. 100% of the net proceeds from OneBoston will be donated to The One Fund.
