So, if you’re planning on celebrating the Kentucky Derby, be sure to pick up a bottle available at select locations nationwide.
The first craft distillery since Prohibition, South Hollow Spirits of Cape Cod, MA has announced the latest addition to their line, Dry Line Cape Cod Gin. This spirit is crafted by fermenting sugar cane juice for three weeks before distilling and then steeping the mixture in a 55 gallon steel drum for 48 hours with a curated selection of local botanicals. This method allows the spirit to fully absorb the essential oils before it is redistilled to its final proof of 94 and also allowing for a palate that truly embodies the Cape Cod seaside spirit. Starting in late March, you’ll be able to find Dry Line Gin in select bars, restaurants, and liquor stores throughout Massachusetts.
