When I was younger, I remember my parents used to carry one of these bags while skiing, it’s called a bota bag and they used to fill it with wine.
Did my parents have a drinking problem? I’d like to think not. But I’m positive they weren’t the only ones out there carrying these things. I also remember seeing plenty of them in the lodge. The thing is, I can’t remember the last time I saw one. Was this just a trend? Did people decide that it’s more responsible to save the drinking till after a day of skiing? Perhaps.
Does these look familiar to anyone else? Will they make a comeback?
I bet they’re huge in Europe.
