As we start to shed winter layers we can officially claim the beginning of iced coffee season, even if we have to hold it with a gloved hand. Licor 43 Coconut Coffee Cocktail
Ingredients:
½ cup cold brew coffee
1 oz rum
1 oz Licor 43
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Splash of agave syrup
¾ oz heavy cream
1 ½ tbsp coconut cream
Ice
Cinnamon sugar mixture to rim cocktail glass

Directions:
Add ice cubes to cocktail shaker. Pour in ½ cup chilled cold brew coffee, and follow with 1 oz aged rum of choice, 1 oz Licor 43, a pinch of ground cinnamon, 1 ½ tbsp of coconut cream, ¾ oz heavy cream and a splash of agave syrup. Ingredients:
¼ oz simple syrup
2 oz bourbon
6 oz cold brew coffee
