We’re not the type of people who need a reason to drink. If we’re breathing, that’s reason enough. But for those who need more, here you go:
1. June 1st- Believe it or not, it’s already June. The weather keeps heating up, so cheers to cooling down with a drink in hand.
2. Marilyn Monroe’s Birthday- Today is Marilyn Monroe’s Birthday. The starlet was known for her love of champagne. This weekend we’re raising a glass of bubbly in honor of the ever classy Marilyn.
3. NBA Playoffs- Here’s to the Celtics & Thunder tying up each series so we have a better chance of witnessing Game 7’s.
4. Beer can covers- We stumbled across these beer can covers earlier today. Beach, picnic, tailgate, you name it and these genius covers will hide it. Cheers to beers on the sly.
5. Diamond Jubilee- This weekend marks the 60th year of reign for Queen Elizabeth ll. England is celebrating with a four day holiday weekend. Here in the states we’ll toast with a swig of John Walker & Son’s Diamond Jubilee scotch.
