10. Cask'n Flagon, Fenway ParkWith the MLB season in full swing, we are looking forward to catching a few games… and, of course, drinking while we do. We love beer at the game, but the best part is the pregame.

These are a few of our favorite bars that are in the general vicinity of some popular MLB ballparks:

Cask ‘n Flagon, near Fenway Park in Boston, MA

If you’re going to a game at Fenway, you have to stop at Cask ‘n Flagon on the corner of Brookline Ave. This bar is a huge part of Red Sox culture and if you want to get the full experience of being a Sox fan, you have to stop in for a beer. The lines are long during games, but the atmosphere can’t be beat.

The Cubby Bear, near Wrigley Field, Chicago, IL

There are so many great bars around Wrigley Field, that it’s hard to choose just one. The Cubby Bear is ideal because it’s right across the street from Wrigley and it’s big and open, which means it can hold a butt-load of people. They’ve got more than 75 high-def TVs and five full-service bars inside, so even if you dip out of the game, you won’t miss any of it and your glass will always be full.

Lodo’s Bar and Grill, near Coors Field, Denver, CO

The Colorado Rockies play on a field named for a damn alcohol brand, so they better have some sweet bars around there. Lodo’s Bar and Grill is one of the best, and it’s mostly because of the rooftop patio. It’s awesome to sit up there whether it’s a warm day or cool night and the view of Coors Field is perfect.

Ferg’s Sports Bar and Grill, near Tropicana Field, St. Petersburg, FL

Ferg’s is right across the street from Tropicana Field, making it a popular choice during game time. They’ve got easy access to the field through the tunnel under 1st Avenue South that leads directly to the stadium property. This bar takes up almost two city blocks and there’s plenty of pub grub and craft beer to keep you smiling for days.

Are we missing some good bars? Let us know.
