PitcherEvery good party has to have a signature cocktail but when you’re entertaining a big crowd, making fifty individuals cosmos isn’t exactly realistic. This year, ditch the cocktail shakers and whip up a big batch of drinks you can serve to your guests with a pitcher and a glass. Hosting will be easier for you and your guests will be happy they can easily get seconds.

Here are a few of our favorite pitcher drinks to make this warm weather season.

Pimm’s Cup

A Pimm’s Cup is one of our favorite summer beverages, especially this recipe for a pitcher. The fresh ingredients and refreshing sweet flavor are impossible to beat. You’ll need:

  • 3 cups ice cubes
  • 4 mint sprigs
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • ½ orange
  • 1.5 cups Pimm’s
  • 1 bottle lemon lime soda (like 7Up)

Arnold Palmer

Arnold Palmers a classic whether boozy or not but naturally we prefer them with a touch of the good stuff. We love this recipe because it doesn’t just default to sweet tea vodka but has a lemony twist you won’t expect.

  • 2 cups of fresh brewed iced tea
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 lemons
  • 2 oz. Limoncello (per serving)

Ginger Shandies

Next to cocktail pitchers, beer pitchers are our next favorite thing. And this Ginger Shandy recipe combines the two perfectly. Whip a batch up to please your guests and have plenty for yourself.

  • 1 bottle ginger beer (12 oz.)
  • 3 bottles chilled Belgian ale
  • 1 lemon
  • Mint sprigs
