In four days, the world will once again witness the spectacle that is grown men slamming into each other while in battle for a leather ball. Yes, friends, we’re talking about Superbowl 50. Now, don’t get us wrong, we love football just as much as the next guy (most likely), however we can’t help but face the fact that the game is no longer the main focal point of this television spectacular. Take a poll of your friends, family, and coworkers, and you’ll find that a sizable portion of them watch the Superbowl for the commercials. And we don’t blame them. Over the years, this championship has garnered the astronomical amount of attention needed to make advertisers sell their souls in order to have their attention seeking commercial play for millions of people. So, because of this, we’ve concocted a very simple, yet very worthwhile drinking game to make your viewing experience the best it can be.
Football Chug
Rule 1: Get a lot of beer.
Rule 2: When any commercial concerning alcohol comes on, chug your beer for the first 5 seconds.
Rule 3: If the commercial is for the brand of beer you’re drinking, chug for the whole commercial, or until you finish your drink.
