Back in the day nothing hit the spot like a PB&J. Sweet fruity goodness of jelly mushed together with nutty deliciousness of peanut butter in the most iconic sandwich in history. And now our favorite childhood sandwich is about to become a delicious lager.

North Carolina natives Catawba Valley Brewing Co. are (finally) offering their Peanut Butter Jelly Time ale to the public. The brown ale has been aged with raspberries and roasted peanuts and the brewery has been serving it in house for about four years. Catawba is releasing the sweet nutty ale in cans this summer to stores around North and South Carolina. Believe us, it’s worth the drive down South.
