We lose an hour of sleep on Saturday night. And, because we’re all very highly functioning, mature adults, this’ll make getting over our Sunday hangovers a little more difficult. So, one of the most sensical solutions to this problem is to just continue our weekend drinking into Sunday. Roll out of bed no earlier than 11am and immediately get yourself to the closest Bloody Mary around. Then, give yourself a preview of St. Paddy’s Day and pour some Bailey’s into your coffee. Welcome the afternoon with a couple of beers and a drinking game or two, and ease into the evening with a champagne cocktail and a few glasses of wine. Go to bed nice and tipsy an hour earlier than normal and wake up on Monday refreshed and eager to tackle a new week.
