There are times in our life where we’re trying to get from Point A to Point B with a bottle of wine or two and all we want to do is look relatively fashionable at the same time. This doesn’t seem like a tall order, but it’s easier said than done to find a cute bag to tote your wine in. And no, an over-sized hobo bag filled to the brim with bottles and weighing in at 50lbs doesn’t count.
We found some great purses that will fit your wine perfectly on the inside, but make you look put-together on the outside.
This purse is the perfect size to carry one bottle of wine, but it’s so much more than that. There are little things added to the design to protect it properly: like metal feet on the bottom to keep it from rolling, a padded lining and a small pocket inside to carry a corkscrew (it comes included with the purse!)
We love versatility and this purse offers that. You can carry it as a clutch, or you can add a strap and carry it on your shoulder. It comes in a nice selection of different patterns, so you could really get one to match your outfit. The inside is totally insulated, so you can keep your bottle nice and cool, and the top zippers, so no one needs to see the awkward bottle inside.
If you need to carry two bottles, this tote is a little more casual, but still looks really cute. Again, it has a removable strap, so you can carry it by the top handles or add the strap back on. It’s got awesome leather detailing, it’s leak resistant and there are insulated pockets. Double-fisting never looked so good.
We have good news and bad news. Good news? This is our favorite wine purse design because in addition to holding a bottle, it still has tons of extra room to hold anything else you need to carry. It’s also a really classic design and it goes with everything. Bad news? It’s from a company in Switzerland and the entire website is definitely not in English. We think the pictures speak for themselves though and this purse is a keeper.
