Since love is in the air, we’re declaring that alcohol should be in your cup. So whether you’re planning a bridal shower, engagement party, or you’re the blushing bride to be, these nuptial-themed cocktails will prepare you for the upcoming months of matrimony.

Lavender and Peach Bellini: (serves 1)

  • 1 part peach puree
  • 2 parts sparkling wine
  • 1 pinch of edible, nontoxic, dried or fresh lavender

Place the peach puree in the bottom of a champagne glass. Next, pour in the sparkling wine but DON’T STIR. Simply use a spoon to pull the puree up along the sides of the glass (otherwise you’ll lose the bubbles). Garnish with the lavender.

Just (Rose) Married Tequila: (serves 1)

  • 1-2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 4 blackberries
  • 1 ½ oz. tequila
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • ¾ oz. Simple Syrup
  • Ice cubes

Combine rosemary sprigs, tequila, and simple syrup in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Cover and shake for at least 30 seconds. Then strain concoction into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with additional rosemary sprig and blackberries.

Endless Love: (serves 1)

  • 1 1/2 oz orange flavored vodka
  • 1/2 oz raspberry liquor
  • 1/2 oz pomegranate juice
  • Top with sparkling wine
  • Garnish with and orange twist and a dried rosebud

Place vodka, liquor and pomegranate juice in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well, then pour in a glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with the orange twist and/or a dried rosebud

Sweet On You Strawberry Vodka Lemonade: (1 pitcher)

  • 2 cups sliced fresh sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 7 cups water, divided
  • 1 ¼ cups lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
  • Strawberry flavored vodka (i.e. Pinnacle Strawberry Shortcake Vodka)

In a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring sugar, strawberries and 1 cup of water to a boil. Lower heat and cover; simmer for 10 minutes. Put mixture in a blender/food processor and puree; set aside and let cool. In a pitcher, mix together lemon juice, 6 cups of water and strawberry syrup – this is your strawberry lemonade. In a glass over ice, mix 1 part strawberry vodka with 3 patrs strawberry lemonade
