Do you ever find yourself getting bored with your go-to booze? When you’ve grown tired of that mundane drink order, we’ll be here to walk you through what’s new and noteworthy this week:

Honey Kolsch: There’s a ton of buzz (pun intended) surrounding Rogue Farms’s new release crafted by 7,140,286 honeybees. The beer is brewed with uncapped, extracted and filtered honey and is made with Rogue Farms Barley as well as hops grown from across their hives. This past year alone US beekeepers have lost 42% of their colonies, and the brewers want to pay tribute to the honeybees and raise awareness with Honey Kolsch. It’s crisp and refreshing and the perfect sweet warm weather beer.

Midnight Moon Peach: Midnight Moon is America’s best selling moonshine family because they know how to keep their liquor authentic. Instead of artificially flavoring their moonshine with peach, they’re using the real thing for their new flavor.  With authenticity and superior quality there is no way that Midnight Moon Peach won’t match up perfectly with the summer nights you spend surrounded by fireflies.

Sunken Barrel USS Mohawk CGC Reserve: The name speaks for itself and with the 4th of July right around the corner it doesn’t get more American than this. Wicked Dolphin is releasing a limited reserve rum in Cape Coral, Florida in partnership with the Lee Reefs, a program that works to sustain Florida’s coral reefs AND Special Operations Bionic Warriors, a foundation that supports wounded, injured or ill U.S. Special Operations veterans. 100% of the profits will go toward both efforts! Sunken Barrel USS Mohawk uses Florida sugar and local ingredients to create true Florida, American Rum. Grab yourself a bottle to support our veterans and to celebrate the Fourth of July.

31 Stout: With the upcoming holiday we recognize our countries birth and all that has been sacrificed for this great nation. With this notion Bayou Teche Brewing is releasing 31 Stout, a limited edition honoring the 31 US service members (and K-9) who lost their lives when their helicopter was shot down in Afghanistan. Bayou Teche Brewing is donating all of 31 Stout’s profits to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation and the 31 Heroes Project. Pay tribute to the ones we have lost and our country over the long weekend by making this brew your drink of choice.

Weed Whacker: On July 1st, Weed Whacker, a summer session ale will be released from Terminal Gravity Brewing Company. Located in Oregon this Brewery has been open since the 90’s and is known for changing the beer scene out West. This summer session ale has reminiscences of lemon trees and fresh grass, so after your yard work is done be sure to crack open a bottle of Weed Whacker.

Stone RuinTen Triple IPA
It’s baaaacccck! When June ends it’s time for a seasonal release from Stone Brewing Company, and this year we re-welcome RuinTen Triple IPA. This once a year seasonal beer offers strong aromas of citrus and Stone fruit, giving the beer powerful tropical fruit flavors. The fruit flavors and aromas make this triple IPA a strong summer beverage to sit back and sip on after a long day.
