June was all about the strawberries, and there’s no doubt that July is 100% blueberries. In fact, July is officially National Blueberry Month and because of that, we think it’s important for you to celebrate with a cocktail or two to pay tribute.

Hint: Go blueberry picking and then go home and make these cocktails. Fresh blueberries will make the awesome taste totally off-the-charts.

Spiced Blueberry Cocktail

Blueberry cocktails

One of the best parts about making blueberry cocktails is muddling the blueberries for that extra flavor. But if you’re feeling lazy and want a drink for little effort, this Spiced Blueberry Cocktail is what you need.

Pour these ingredients over ice and mix well:

  • 2 oz. Spiced Rum
  • 1 oz. Blueberry Schnapps
  • 2 oz. Grapefruit Soda
  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice

Garnish with blueberries and a slice of lime.

Spiked Blueberry Lemonade

Lemonade is meant to be made in a pitcher, so of course, this recipe is for an entire pitcher as well. Invite some friends over, sit on the back porch and get ready to listen to them gush about how awesome your mixology skills are because of this Spiked Blueberry Lemonade.

Add the following ingredients to a pitcher and stir until the sugar dissolves:

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Lemon Juice
  • 6 cups Water
  • 1 to 2 cups Vodka, preferably Citron flavor (depending on how strong you like your drinks – we recommend 2)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Muddle the blueberries a bit using the back of a long wooden spoon so they release all of their color and juices.

Mango Blueberry “Smoothie” Cocktail

Summer is all about blended drinks and it doesn’t get much easier than this Mango Blueberry Cocktail. It turns an amazing shade of dark blue/purple, so don’t wear a white shirt while you drink these (we speak from experience).

Throw all of these ingredients into a blender and then pour the mixture over ice in a chilled glass:

  • 1 oz. Blueberries
  • 1/3 cup Mango Chunks
  • 1 oz. Triple Sec
  • 3 oz. Vodka
  • 1 Tbsp. Fine Sugar

Garnish with the mangos.
