WineOvation has a new invention for wine lovers that need a little excitement with their drinking. It’s called the Wine Gun. And while it doesn’t shoot wine at you (unfortunately), it does look strikingly similar to the weapon it’s named for.
The device is one of many creatively shaped electric wine openers that the company offers. Available in both Simulated Steel and Firearm Pink, it also matches your décor.
It’s also easy to use. All you do is place the gun on top of the bottle and pull the trigger to remove the cork. Once your bottle is opened you can release the cork by pushing the trigger forward. No more fumbling around trying to open that third or fourth bottle.
Complete with a charging station holster and a foil cutter, the Wine Gun sells for just under $40. It’s a small price to pay to give your wine glass some street cred.
