A sexy man, a sexy woman, and a crime, can it get any juicier than that? America’s beloved Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Will Smith, will be conning the world of glitz and glamour with his female accomplice Margot Robbie in the new film Focus. We all wish we could lay down charm like a silk blanket, but once again Hollywood will continue on as the master of such craft. The Vesper Martini
Ingredients:
3 oz of Gordon’s Gin
1 oz of vodka
.5 oz measure Kina Lillet
Lemon peel for garnish
Add all ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake until ice-cold, strain into glass, and add a large thin slice of lemon peel for garnish.
And if you’re really dressed to impress try this:
Jasmine Martini
Ingredients:
4oz (120ml) vodka
1 teaspoon loose jasmine tea leaves
2 tablespoons of simple syrup
1oz (30ml) Triple Sec
Lemon peels for garnish
1. Steep tea leaves in the vodka for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
2. Place martini glasses in the freezer to chill.
3. Fill the shaker with ice, add vodka through the strainer, cooled simple syrup and triple sec. Shake and strain into two chilled martini glasses. Garnish with lemon peels.
