There’s always something so cool about turning off the normal lights, turning on a black light and watching things in the room start to glow (unless you haven’t washed your clothes for a while. Then it can get a little embarrassing.) But how do you get your cocktails to glow? Believe it or not, there are a few different ingredients you can add to drinks that will make them glow in the dark – and don’t worry, they’re completely safe to drink.

Aurora Jungle Juice

Mix all of these ingredients up in a punch bowl and add ice as late as possible before drinking:

  • 9 liters tonic water
  • 2 liters gin or vodka
  • 3-4 bottles pink lemonade concentrate

Glow in the Dark Apple Cider

This drink would be perfect for a Halloween party… yes, we know it’s July. But bookmark this baby and you’ll be thanking us in 3 months. Or just drink it now, because that’s what we’d do.

Stir all of these ingredients together and then garnish with a cinnamon stick:

  • 2 oz. rum
  • 4 oz. tonic water
  • 4 oz. apple cider

Disney’s Glow Tini

Disney sells an awesome cocktail called the Glow Tini that gets its glow from a Blue Glow ice cube instead of the actual ingredients. Just turn the cube on and it makes your drink look rad.

Shake up all of these ingredients in a martini shaker with ice and then strain into a glass rimmed with sugar. Add the Blue Glow ice cube:

  • 1 oz. Skyy Citrus Vodka
  • 1 oz. Sweet and Sour mix
  • 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
  • 1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps
  • 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
